Tickets non-refundable, but may be transferred to other dates within the same show, as long as they are hosted by the same ticket provider, in a case-by-case basis.
Pre-sales may be cancelled and do not guarantee pre-sale holders the right to purchase a ticket as individual pre-sales may be administered on a first-come first-serve basis.
Transfer requests made less than 24 hours before the show cannot be honoured due to the last minute nature of the request, for the talent needing to refill tickets at short notice. No-shows will not be refunded.
We cannot transfer a ticket from Live Seats to an external ticketing provider such as Eventbrite/Oztix etcetera.
Shows may be postponed or cancelled on Live Seats which will either result in a transfer or refund which you're entitled to.
For tickets hosted on our website, please note we always list show start time (not door time) and note underneath how long before doors open, depending on your ticket type.
For tickets hosted by an external site such as Eventbrite, Oztix etc - please see information as per their terms listed on each individual site.
